RICHARD SANDNER - Chairman (Non Executive)

Mr. Sandner is a lawyer with experience in the resources arena and has thirty years senior managerial and corporate experience in the mining industry; having previously been the Managing Director and a founding director of Bendigo Mining NL, Purus Energy Ltd and Reef Mining NL. Mr. Sandner successfully transformed Reef Mining from an explorer to a mining company.

He is the past president of the Minerals Council of Australia – Victorian Division and is currently involved with a Victorian based unlisted gold and base metal explorer.

JOHNATHAN, LIM KENG HOCK - Vice Chairman (Non Executive)

Mr. Lim is currently the Executive Director and Chairman of Catalist-listed Adventus Holdings Limited in Singapore.

Mr. Lim is an entrepreneur having founded Romar Positioning Equipment Pte Ltd in 1984. Since then, Mr Lim has grown Romar to a leading global heavy automation equipment manufacturer, principally in the energy, alternative energy, and oil & gas sector. Romar also has distribution facilities and associates in over 30 countries globally and was ranked 3rd place in the Singapore Enterprise E50 Awards in 2007. In 2008, Romar was acquired by a UK-based MNC and re-organised as Romar Positioning Equipment International Pte Ltd. Mr. Lim continued running the business until the end of 2009.

In addition to being an entrepreneur, Mr. Lim is also an avid investor, promoter and venture capitalist in various listed and unlisted companies in advanced materials, oil sands, heavy oil, electric cars and its allied industries and mineral business in both North and South America, Australia and North and SE Asia.

Mr. Lim brings to the Board a depth of knowledge and skills on account of his considerable business experience over the past 25 years.

PAUL DICKSON B.Econ - Director (Non Executive)

Mr. Dickson has over twenty years experience in the finance services industry. He has worked with a number of stock broking firms including Ord Minett Ltd and Colonial Stock broking and more recently has been a director of a number of boutique corporate advisory firms.

Mr. Dickson is currently a director of DDM Capital Pty Ltd, who provides a range of services including capital raisings and general corporate advice for small-cap companies.

Paul is currently a non-executive director of ASX listed Alligator Energy Ltd.

ALAN COLES BSc, Assoc ME, FAusIMM - Managing Director

Mr Coles is a qualified geologist and mining engineer with over 30 years experience in the mining industry.

Alan has worked in South Africa and Australia which has culminated in extensive management and operational experience in gold, base metal and coal operations resulting in an indepth knowledge of the mining industry.

Alan has been directly involved in the operational development and management of numerous mining operations and responsible for all facets of operating procedures for exploration, environmental controls, ore processing and mining.

Alan has held senior executive roles with Bendigo Mining, Dominion Mining and Wesfarmers. Some of Alan's work has included the commissioning of the Tritton Copper Mine in NSW and development of the new Premier Coal Mine in Western Australia.

IAN HOBSON B.Bus, FCA, ACIS, MAICD - Company Secretary

Ian is a sole practitioner Chartered Accountant and chartered secretary specialising in providing company secretarial services and non-executive director positions to small ASX listed companies.

Prior to commencing his own practice, Ian had in excess of 20 years professional accounting experience working for large chartered accounting firms in Australia, London and Toronto. Ian has had experience in a variety of industries and is experienced in capital raisings, due diligence, compliance, transaction support and general accounting services.
